i somehow look fat that morning. dang it.
when u go run, u make new friends. tak kira tua atau muda. this is akmalhady. he is 11y.o and he has run a lot of marathons. he did triathlon for kids too. i hope he wont stop doing this.
im not in this picture, so i wont say anything about me being fat. haha
this is Nonie's 2nd run after she had Alanna. well done babe. to more runs together :)
